Substantial variation in drug–drug interaction (DDI) screening software performance was observed among 6 community pharmacies within the same chain during an evaluation of software systems used in 64 pharmacies in Arizona.+1 The authors therefore sought to identify the root cause(s) of the discrepancies identified with the computer system used in one pharmacy chain.
