How do I get help with my subscription?
Please contact the Help Desk at the Contact Us page.
What if I forget my user name and/or password?
You can retrieve your login information by clicking the "Forgot your password?"
link on the home page and entering your username. Or, contact the Help Desk via
the Contact Us page. Because passwords are encrypted, we cannot determine
your original password. We will change your password to a generic password, e-mail
that to your specified e-mail address, and then you have the option to change your
password.
How can I evaluate the site before I make a purchase decision?
You can browse around the site, run searches, view abstracts, etc., without logging
in. Users who are not APhA members/JAPhA subscribers can sign up for a free limited account
that will allow them to receive site features
such as New Issue alerts.
Can I share my individual subscription with others?
No. Individual subscriptions are licensed only to the user who purchased the subscription.
When you agreed to the Terms of Service Agreement you agreed to keep your User Name
and Password confidential. To review the Terms of Service, please click on the Terms of Use
link at the bottom of any japha.org page.
How do I change information in my personal profile, for example, a new address or telephone number?
Provide the new information to our Customer Service department via the Contact Us page. Please include your username.
Can japha.org accommodate institutional licenses by IP address, referring URL, or User Name/Password configurations?
